Our History

It was the year of establishment of RELIABLE ENGINEERING which was a Partnership firm. Started with a small tool-room setup with only a single machine of each type i.e. Lathe, Conventional Milling, Tool & Cutter Grinding and Drilling Machine. We used to Manufacture Fixture Spare parts & carry out maintenance Job Work

Establishment of new venture ASR INDUSTRIES which was previously known as RELIABLE ENGINEERING. It was just a team of 10 with only two Lathes, two vertical milling & a Single Cylindrical Grinding, Surface Grinding, Tool & Cutter Grinding & Drilling Machine. Apart from carrying out the maintenance & fixture spare part work, we started Designing & manufacturing of Fixtures for Honing, Hobbing, Shaving, Broaching, Engine assembly, Final 2 Wheeler & 3 Wheeler Vehicle assembly, Eyelet welding fixtures, relation gauges, Sealing Dies, Blanking & Piercing Dies, Winding Machine, swaging Machines etc.

As Company was growing high, it was time to expand the Infrastructure with setting up of New Plant for Office & Works (M-64 MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad) which helped us to create enough space to work effectively & efficiently. We expanded our infrastructure with installation of machines like 3D CMM, Advanced VMCs and 3D Design Software’s; ERP Systems for Commercial Dept. Man Power was around 60+ at that time, this all improved Co-ordination of activities to handle multiple projects at the same time

We were Successful in establishment and Implementation of Latest technologies, a new plant ASR INDUSTRIES (M-168, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad) was setup with the aim of creating separate space for Manufacturing Facility and improving the capacity of Machining. Due to complexity of critical fixtures & components, few renowned & latest CNC’s, TURNMILL CENTER’S, VMC’s, HMC’S, DOUBLE COLUM VMC,5 AXIS DEEP HOLE DRILLING Machine were installed to achieve the Target.

ASR Industries growth increased to the Next Level in the field of fixture Manufacturing. Meanwhile a new venture ASR Machine Tools Pvt Ltd (M61- MIDC,Waluj, Aurangabad) was established under ASR Group which started concentrating on Design and Manufacturing of Spares Required for Fixtures.
